At Vack Tackle we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can return items and receive a refund or exchange. It applies to all orders placed through vacktackle.com.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
2. Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
- In their original packaging, with all tags, accessories and free gifts included.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
3. Non-returnable items
For hygiene, safety and practical reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect:
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear (including rods and reels that have been rigged or fished).
- Hooks, lines, bait, and other consumables once opened.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
4. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. How to request a return
- Email us at vackstores@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
- Send the item back or hand it to our courier as instructed.
Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.
6. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Card payments made through Paymob are refunded to the same card.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or size, contact us at vackstores@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
8. Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. When a return is due to our error, we cover the return shipping.
9. Order cancellation
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
