This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed on vacktackle.com. Our goal is to get your gear to you quickly, safely, and reliably.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery areas
We deliver across all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt through our trusted courier partners.
3. Delivery times
- Greater Cairo: typically 2 to 4 business days.
- Other governorates: typically 3 to 6 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier schedules, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders or during promotions.
5. Cash on delivery
Where cash on delivery is available, the order total (plus any applicable fees) is paid to the courier upon delivery.
6. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details where available so you can follow your delivery.
7. Delays
Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier volume, or other factors. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
8. Incorrect address
