Welcome to Vack Tackle. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website vacktackle.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Vack Tackle is an online retailer of fishing tackle and related equipment operating in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Vack Tackle, and "you" refers to the customer or website visitor.

2. Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We make every effort to display product colours, specifications and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur.
Prices, product availability and promotions may change at any time without prior notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance. A contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch the products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud.

5. Payment

We accept online payments by credit and debit card through our secure payment provider, Paymob, as well as any other payment methods shown at checkout.
Cash on delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations.
All card payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Vack Tackle does not store your full card details.
Your order will be processed once payment has been authorised.

6. Shipping and delivery

We deliver across Egypt. Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are shown at checkout and may vary by location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Product use and warranty

Fishing tackle should be used responsibly and in line with any manufacturer guidance and local fishing regulations. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it is provided by the manufacturer on its own terms. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse of any product.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and graphics, is the property of Vack Tackle or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vack Tackle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
